چکیده

سابقه و هدف: کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی ذهنی یکی از مسائلی است که می‌تواند در ابتلاء به بیماری‌ها و درمان آنها نقش مهمی داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران قلبی- عروقی و همتایان سالم انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای با گروه‌های موازی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه افراد مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و سکته قلبی بیمارستان سینا شهر تهران در سال 1397 بودند. حجم نمونه این پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس، و با توجه به جامعه مورد مطالعه و با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان 120 نفر به دست آمد که در 2 گروه 60 نفری به صورت موازی جایگزین شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسش‌نامه کیفیت زندگی 36-SF و بهزیستی ذهنی ریف استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده به کمک روش‌های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و روش‌های آماری استنباطی تی دو گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک متغیره (ANOVA) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: در ابعاد کیفیت زندگی افراد سالم در مقایسه با افراد بیمار در سطح بالاتری قرار داشتند، اما میانگین نمره کل کیفیت زندگی به تفکیک جنسیت در زنان و مردان در دو گروه سالم و بیمار معنادار نبود. همچنین افراد سالم نمره زیرمقیاس سلامت جسمی و سلامت روانی بیشتری نسبت به افراد بیمار داشتند. ابعاد بهزیستی ذهنی نیز در افراد سالم بالاتر از بیماران قلبی- عروقی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بیماران قلبی- عروقی نسبت به افراد سالم، کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی ذهنی پایین‌تری دارند.
