چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه استرس شغلی با ویژگیهای شخصیتی و همچنین تأثیر استرس شغلی بر ویژگیهای شخصیتی با میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی انجام شده است. روش: جامعه آماری شامل پرسنل فراساحل شاغل در شرکت نفت فلات قاره ایران (IOOC) در جزیره خارگ بود. 234 شرکت کننده از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس ، به سه پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند (استرس شغلی ، فرم بسیار کوتاهی NEO و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده از مقیاس خانواده). چهار فرضیه اصلی با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و استرس شغلی به جز باز بودن به تجربه ، رابطه پیش بینی کننده وجود دارد به گونه ای که استرس شغلی بر نوروتیزم اثر فزاینده و بر برون گرایی ، توافق و وظیفه شناسی اثر کاهنده دارد. از طرف دیگر ، حمایت اجتماعی به عنوان یک تعدیل کننده می تواند اثرات استرس شغلی بر روی صفات شخصیتی بجز باز بودن در تجربه ، برونگرایی و توافق را کاهش دهد به گونه ای که می تواند نوروتیزم را کاهش داده و وظیفه شناسی را افزایش دهد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج به طور کلی تأثیر استرس شغلی بر ویژگیهای شخصیتی را نشان داد و نشان داد که حمایت خانواده به عنوان یک محافظ می تواند اثرات استرس شغلی بر ویژگیهای شخصیتی را کاهش دهد. نتایج بر اساس مدلهای موجود در زمینه تغییرات شخصیت مورد بحث قرار گرفت.
