چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی بر آشفتگی هیجانی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. طرح پژوهش شبه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. شرکت کندگان در تحقیق 30 بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر تهران بود که به دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه شیوه‌های مقابله با استرس و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس (DASS) استفاده شد. برای گروه آزمایش، درمان شناختی طی 12 جلسهی 90 دقیقهای برگزار شد، در حالی که گروه گواه هیچ گونه مداخلهای را دریافت نکرد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد درمان شناختی میتواند موجب بهبود اضطراب، افسردگی و سبک مقابلهای مسألهمدار بیماران مبتلا به ام اس شود(05/0>p). اما بین دو گروه در استرس و سبک مقابلهای هیجانمدار تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد. بنابراین توجه به اثربخشی درمان شناختی بر متغیرهای آشفتگی هیجانی و سبکهای مقابله با استرس در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است.
