چکیده

پژوهش ها نشان داده است که چاقی در کودکان می تواند سبب پیدایش مشکلات فراوانی در جسم و روان آنها شود. تماشای تبلیغات تلویزیون وبعضی از برنامه هایی که  بطور غیر مستقیم کودکان را تشویق به خوردن می کند، می تواند سبب بروز پرخوری و چاقی در کودکان شود. با وجود این اهمیت، تاکنون پژوهشهای اندکی در این مورد صورت گرفته است. لذا پژوهشحاضر سعی دارد، تاثیر تولیدات تلویزیونی را بر رفتار خوردن کودکان چاقمورد بررسی قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی پیش آزمون  پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود که از بین جامعه آماری  40 نفر از دانش آموزان باروش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدندهمه دانش آموزان مقیاس رفتار خوردن (DEBQ-C)  را  قبل و بعد از آموزش تکمیل کردند. این ابزار توسط وان استرین (2007) جهت بررسی رفتار خوردن کودکان رده سنی 2 تا 7 سال طراحی شده است. روش تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که تولیدات تلویزیونی بررفتار خوردن کودکان تاثیر داشته و این تاثیر بر روی دختران بیشتر از پسراناست (05/P<)از آنجایی که تماشای تبلیغات و برخی برنامه های تلویزیونی با مصرف مواد غذایی بیش از اندازه، عدم تحرک و ایجاد رفتار خوردن رابطه مثبت دارد، پیشنهاد می شود؛ مسئولین مربوطه صدا و سیما  و آموزش و پرورش با برنامه ریزی های مناسب به آموزش والدین و همچنین کودکان برای ایجاد رفتار خوردن مناسب اقدام کنند
