چکیده

افراد مبتلا به آسیب‌های جسمی شدید اغلب علاوه بر محدودیت‌های فیزیکی، با چالش‌های روان‌شناختی مانند اضطراب، افسردگی و PTSD مواجه‌اند که بهبودی را دشوارتر می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره‌درمانی مبتنی بر واقعیت مجازی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری فرآیندمدار در مدیریت PTSD انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک شفیعیه زنجان بود که از میان آن‌ها 60 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه طرحواره‌درمانی مبتنی بر واقعیت مجازی (20 نفر)، گروه درمان شناختی-رفتاری فرآیندمدار (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (بدون درمان). ابزارهای پژوهش شامل فهرست اختلال PTSD و پروتکل‌های درمانی مربوطه بود. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین نمرات دو گروه درمانی وجود ندارد (05/0p>)، اما هر دو گروه درمانی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود معناداری داشتند (05/0p<). در نتیجه، اثربخشی دو روش درمانی تفاوت چشم‌گیری ندارد.
