چکیده

هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر واقعیت درمانی بر بهبود سرمایه روانشناختی و احساس انسجام در بیماران ایرانی مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش در سال 1400در شهر تهران انجام شد. با نمونه‌گیری 36 شرکت‌کننده، پرسش‌نامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی و مقیاس حس انسجام را در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک‌ماهه تکمیل کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه هفتگی 90 دقیقه‌ای را برای دریافت واقعیت درمانی آنلاین پشت سر گذاشتند. اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد.
یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین سرمایه روانشناختی و احساس انسجام در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (05/0 P<). در سه خرده مقیاس سرمایه روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، تاب آوری و امید) و دو خرده مقیاس احساس انسجام (یعنی ادراک پذیری و کنترل پذیری) در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس در گروه آزمایش تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (05/0 > P اما تفاوت معناداری در خوش بینی (یک زیرمقیاس سرمایه روانشناختی) و معناداری (یک خرده مقیاس احساس انسجام) وجود ندارد (05/0 P>).
نتیجه گیری با توجه به تأثیر واقعیت درمانی بر بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، می توان از این روان درمانی برای بهبود سرمایه روان شناختی و احساس انسجام استفاده کرد.
