چکیده

مقدمه: بیماری التهابی لگن یک بیماری مزمن و عفونت شایع در زنان است که با عوارض قابل توجهی همراه است. نقش مشکلات شناختی و شخصیتی در ابتلا و تشدید علائم بسیاری از بیماری‌های مزمن تایید شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه توانایی‌های شناختی و صفات شخصیتی در زنان نازای با و بدون بیماری-های التهابی لگن بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای بود و نمونه پژوهش، شامل 48 زن نازا به علت بیماری التهابی لگن و 57 زن نازا بدون بیماری التهابی لگن بود که به بیمارستان الزهرا رشت در سال 1400 مراجعه کرده و به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه توانایی شناختی نجاتی (1392) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو (مک کری و کوستا، 1985) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش یومن ویتنی و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین زنان نازای با و بدون بیماری التهابی لگن در توانایی‌های شناختی و صفات شخصیتی تفاوت وجود ندارد (05/0<P )، ولی بین چهار مؤلفه از هفت مؤلفه توانایی شناختی (حافظه؛ P<0.05، 00/899 U= ، کنترل و بازداری توجه انتخابی؛ P<0.05، 00/933 U=، تصمیم گیری؛ P<0.05،500/863 U=.و توجه پایدار؛ P<0.05،500/924 U= ، نمره کل متغیر توانایی شناختی (P<0.05،000/815 U =)، و باز بودن(P <0.05،500/907 U=) در دو سطح تحصیلی بالا و پایین تفاوت معناداری به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: نازایی با دلایل التهابی و غیرالتهابی منجر به نقص در عملکرد شناختی و تفاوت صفات شخصیت نشده ولی تحصیلات به عنوان یک متغیر تاثیر گذار احتمالی می‌تواند نقش ایفا کند که این مسئله نیاز به تحقیق بیشتری دارد.
