چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی مداخله شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر استرس ادراک شده، سازگاری با بیماری، کیفیت زندگی و کارکردهای شناختی در بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش: طرح پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه افراد مبتلا به سرطان های سارکوم – لنف و گوارش تحت شیمی‌درمانی در بیمارستان های تخصصی فیروزگر – طالقانی - شریعتی شهر تهران در نیم سال دوم سال 1400 تشکیل داد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 40 فرد مبتلا به سرطان بود که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شده بودند( 20 نفر به گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر به گروه کنترل اختصاص یافتند). درمان به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به صورت هر هفته دو جلسه توسط پژوهشگر انجام شد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس استرس ادراک شده کوهن، سازگاری با بیماری واتسون، کارکردهای شناختی بارکلی و کیفیت زندگی جمع‌آوری؛ و با روش آماری واریانس چند متغیره با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دهنده تفاوت معناداری در تمام متغیرها بود و مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی موجب بهبود معنادار استرس ادراک شده، سازگاری با بیماری، کیفیت زندگی و کارکردهای شناختی در گروه آزمایش و مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری شده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در بهبود شاخص های روانشناختی افراد مبتلا به سطران موثر می‌باشد.
