چکیده

مقدمه: نقش مولفه‌های روانشناسی مثبت در بهزیستی ‌روان‌شناختی مورد تائید قرارگرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس نشخوار فکری و معنای زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان: نقش میانجی رشد پس از سانحه و تاب‌آوری بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش همبستگی و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نمونه شامل 300 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران بودند که پرسش‌نامه‌های بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف، 1989)، نشخوار فکری-تامل (تراپنل و کمپل،1999)، معنای زندگی (استگر، 2010)، رشد پس از سانحه (تدسچی و کالهون، 1996) و تاب آوری (کانر و دیویدسون، 2003) را تکمیل کردند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد این مدل در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان برازش مناسبی دارد و روابط بین متغیرهای میانجی با متغیرهای درون‌زا و برون‌زا معنادار بود. متغیرهای مورد بررسی مدل، 51 درصد از وایانس بهزیستی روانشناختی را در این بیماران تبیین کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: بهزیستی روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تحت تاثیر متغیرهای مرتبط با روانشناسی مثبت نگر مانند معنای زندگی، رشد پس از سانحه و تاب آوری قرار می‌گیرد.
