چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان هیجان‌مدار و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر راهبردهای مقابله با درد و فاجعه‌سازی درد در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال درد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره مانوشان و بهسا شهر تهران با مشکلات و دردهای روان تنی بود. حجم نمونه شامل 60 نفر از این بیماران بود (سه گروه 20 نفری). ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ راهبردهای مقابله با درد روزنشتایل و کیف (1983) و مقیاس فاجعه‌سازی درد بیشاپ و پیویک (1995) بود. برای گروه آزمایش هیجان مدار 12 جلسه و برای گروه آزمایش شناختی رفتاری 10 جلسه مداخله اجرا شد. ولی گروه کنترل مداخله ای در طول پژوهش دریافت نکرد.نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون مقایسه زوجی بن‌فرونی نشان داد که دو درمان هیجان مدار و درمان شناختی – رفتاری بر مولفه های تفسیر مجدد درد، فاجعه آفرینی درد، فعالیت رفتاری و کارآمدی مقابله اثربخشی معناداری دارند (05/0>P)، ولی بر مولفه های توجه برگردانی، نادیده انگاشتن درد، دعا و امیدواری و گفتگو با خود اثربخشی معناداری ندارند (05/0<P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که هر دو درمان بر فاجعه‌سازی درد تاثیر معناداری دارند (05/0>P). همچنین تفاوت معناداری میان دو گروه آزمایش مشاهده نشد(05/0<P). بنابراین نتیجه پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که درمان هیجان‌مدار مانند درمان شناختی رفتاری می‌تواند برای بیماران با اختلال درد و بهبود عوامل شناختی آن مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
