چکیده

هدف: روانشناسی سلامت بر ارتقاء سلامت و پیشگیری از بیماری تمرکز دارد. بنابراین ، یکی از عواملی که به ارتقاء سلامت روان مربوط می شود ، حس شوخ طبعی است که می تواند تحت تأثیر مؤلفه های سرمایه روانشناختی باشد. هدف از این مطالعه ، پیش بینی ابعاد سرمایه روانشناختی (امید ، خودکارآمدی ، تاب آوری و خوش بینی) بر اساس سبک های شوخ طبعی در بین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس است. روش: این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس ، 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتان و مقیاس سبک طنز مارتین جمع آوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه بین خودکارآمدی و امیدوار بودن با سبک های سازگار با طنز مثبت و معنادار است اما رابطه بین خودکارآمدی و امیدواری با سبک های ناسازگار طنز منفی و معنادار بود. همچنین بین خوش بینی و طنز چهار سبک رابطه معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بین دو سبک سازگار با طنز و تاب آوری رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد ، اما بین دو سبک ناسازگار طنز و تاب آوری رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد. نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نقش و اهمیت طنز را در سلامت عمومی دانشجویان نشان داد که در آنجا بین ابعاد سرمایه روانشناختی و سبک های طنز رابطه وجود داشت
