Abstract

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the effectiveness of Emotionally Focused
Therapy (EFT) on depression of heart disease patients in Tehran city in 2019.
Method: The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. The statistical
population of the study consisted of all heart disease patients in Tehran city, among whom 30 individuals were selected
through available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 in each group). The
experimental group received Emotionally Focused Therapy training in nine 60-minute sessions, and the control group
remained in the waiting list. The research instrument was depression questionnaire (Beck, Steer & Braun,1996) which
was conducted in two stages of pretest and posttest. The analysis was performed through SPSS v24 in two descriptive
and inferential statistical sections.
Results: The results indicated that intervention used in this study could significantly decrease depression in heart
disease patients (p˂0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the results of this research, Emotionally Focused Therapy can be an effective intervention in
reducing depression in heart disease patients.

Abstract [Persian]

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان هیجان مدار برافسردگی بیماران قلبی شهر تهران در سال 1398 انجام شد. روش: روش تحقیق حاضر نیمه تجربی است و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون (دوگروهی) با یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه بیماران قلبی شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها، 30نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (هر گروه 15 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان هیجان مدار 9 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای و گروه تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه ای 5 جلسه 20 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار ماندند. . یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که هر دو مداخله به کار رفته در این پژوهش می‌توانند به‌طور معناداری اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران قلبی را بهبود بخشیدند (05/0p < )، با این تفاوت که مداخله مبتنی بر درمان هیجان مدار دارای تأثیر بیشتری بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران قلبی بود. به علاوه درمرحله پس‌آزمون-پیگیری تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده شد(05/0p < ) که بیانگر پایداری تغییرات مداخله است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، درمان هیجان مداربر افسردگی بیماران قلبی داشت.
