Method: This research was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study included all married women living in Tehran, of whom 550 people participated in the study through an online call. The instruments used in this study to collect data were the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (1994), the Differentiation of Self Inventory (1999), the Bem Sex Role Scale (1981), the Women's Sexual Function Scale (Rosen et al., 2000), and the Leybman et al.’s (2011) Social Exchange Questionnaire. The structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and using LISREL software were applied to evaluate the proposed model. Intermediate relationships in the proposed model were also tested using the bootstrap method. Results: The results of structural equation modeling indicated the model fitness and showed that alexithymia has a negative impact on sexual performance by the mediation of utilitarianism and extreme investment styles. In addition, the masculine gender role directly affects women's sexual function.Conclusion: According to the results, social exchange styles should be considered in improving sexual function. The findings of the present study provide a useful framework for identifying the influential components in the field of social psychology in women's sexual function that should be considered in prevention and treatment programs.}, keywords = {Sexual Health,Differentiation of Self,Alexithymia,Gender Role,social exchange styles}, title_fa = {مدل ساختاری سلامت جنسی زنان بر اساس ناگویی هیجانی، تمایزیافتگی خود و نقش های جنسیتی با میانجیگری سبک های تبادل اجتماعی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: این پژوهش به منظور تدوین مدل ساختاری رابطه بین ناگویی هیجانی، تمایزیافتگی خود و نقش های جنسیتی در عملکرد جنسی زنان با میانجیگری سبک های تبادل اجتماعی صورت گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود .جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان متاهلی بود که در شهر تهران زندگی می کردند که از این میان 550 نفر از طریق فراخوان اینترنتی در پژوهش شرکت کردند. در پژوهش حاضر از مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (1994)، مقیاس تمایزیافتگی خود (1999)، مقیاس نقش های جنسیتی بم (1981)، مقیاس عملکرد جنسی زنان (روزن و همکاران، 2000) و پرسشنامه تبادل اجتماعی لیبمن و همکاران (2011) به عنوان ابزار استفاده گردید. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل انجام شد. روابط واسطه ای در الگوی پیشنهادی نیز با استفاده از روش بوت استرپ آزموده شدند. یافته ها: نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش مدل بود و نشان داد ناگویی هیجانی با میانجیگری سبک منفعت طلبی و سبک سرمایه گذاری افراطی اثر غیرمستقیم بر عملکرد جنسی دارد. همچنین نقش جنسیتی مردانه به طور مستقیم در عملکرد جنسی زنان موثر است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، جهت بهبود عملکرد جنسی باید به سبک های تبادل اجتماعی توجه کرد. یافته های پژوهش حاضر چهارچوب مفیدی را در شناسایی مولفه های تاثیرگذار در حوزه روانشناسی اجتماعی در عملکرد جنسی زنان فراهم می کند که در برنامه های پیشگیری و درمانی می بایست مدنظر قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {سلامت جنسی,تمایزیافتگی خود,ناگویی هیجانی,نقش های جنسیتی,سبک های تبادل اجتماعی}, url = {https://ijohp.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9100.html}, eprint = {https://ijohp.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9100_8e7362cbf83755931f86704d9fd0cd3a.pdf} }
